The OTTAA Project contributor code of conduct
Our core principles
Diversity helps us grow. Diversity of experiences, backgrounds, and knowledge contributes to building a better and more complete tool that more accurately reflects the real needs of potential users of the OTTAA Project.
Debate enriches us. We encourage all members of the OTTAA Project to speak up and bring their experiences and ideas to the table while maintaining a respectful and friendly environment. That way, we can all work better and faster in improving the OTTAA Project, reaching a consensus, and resolving issues.
Our Pledge
In line with our core principles, we pledge to respect and welcome all differences in our users' and contributors' age, gender, nationality, race, or sexual orientation, making participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience.

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:
Use welcoming and inclusive language
Show empathy towards other community members, and be mindful of other people's feelings and personal situations.
Refrain from making funny remarks or jokes that might be offensive to others.
